Welcome to Your Embodied Path

What is Embodied Path?

Embodied Path is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore life with greater awareness and presence. Through slow flow yoga, you are invited to move mindfully, honor your body’s rhythms, and cultivate alignment from the inside out. In mentorship sessions, I guide reflective exploration, offering practices, prompts, and gentle insight to help you notice patterns and embody the wisdom you discover. Workshops and retreats provide immersive experiences to step away from daily life, combining movement, reflection, and mindful practices to deepen your connection to yourself and your inner compass.

Each offering is designed to help you pause, reflect, and emerge grounded, inspired, and more in tune with who you truly are: without pressure, performance, or pretense.

Coming Home to Self:

A Yoga & Embodiment Experience for Nervous System Nourishment

In a world that pulls us in a thousand directions, this workshop invites you to return inward: back to your breath, your body, and your sense of self.

Through a gentle blend of slow flow yoga, guided embodiment practices, and nervous system education, you’ll learn how to recognize your body’s signals and respond with care. Together, we’ll explore movement, stillness, and reflection as pathways to self-regulation and resilience.

Rooted in nervous system nourishment, this experience offers a safe, heart-centered space to slow down, reconnect, and expand your capacity for presence.

By the end of our time together, you will:

  • Feel more connected to your breath, body, and emotional state

  • Understand how to identify and respond to your own nervous system signals

  • Leave with 2–3 simple daily practices for grounding and self-regulation

  • Experience a supportive space for reflection and heart-centered connection

Yoga

A mindful journey through breath and movement. We honor the body’s natural rhythm, cultivating awareness, alignment, and presence in every posture. Each practice is an invitation to explore your edge without force, to listen deeply, and to reconnect with your own inner guidance. Expect gentle transitions, thoughtful sequencing, and moments of reflection — leaving you grounded, centered, and more in tune with yourself. Perfect for those who crave intention over intensity, and depth over speed.

Mentorship

1:1 mentorship for embodiment, self-trust, and creative exploration, designed for those who want to reconnect with themselves and explore their own inner wisdom. Through guided conversations, movement practices, and thoughtful reflection, you will notice patterns, clarify intentions, and cultivate presence in daily life. This isn’t therapy or life coaching — it’s a space to explore, experiment, and embody the insights you discover along the way. Together, we create practices, prompts, and rituals that help you move through life with more awareness, ease, and alignment with who you truly are.

About Justine Rohde

Teaching yoga since 2012, Justine creates a calm, intentional space where movement becomes a practice of presence, reflection, and connection to your inner wisdom.

Justine’s teaching style blends the intelligent sequencing of Iyengar, the strength and heat of Ashtanga, and the creative freedom of vinyasa. Her classes are thoughtfully designed to help students cultivate awareness, honor their bodies, and explore movement with presence and ease.

Justine naturally guides through invitation, offering mentorship, workshops, and retreats that nurture self-discovery, embodied living, and personal reflection. Her teaching goes beyond movement, helping people connect with their inner wisdom, cultivate alignment, and bring mindfulness into everyday life.

You can find Justine teaching weekly public classes at Yoga Pearl in downtown Boulder, CO.

What Moves Me

Yoga is how I come back to myself, again and again.
It’s what helps me slow down, breathe through the chaos, and remember what actually matters.

This practice has taught me presence, patience, and how to meet life with a little more grace (and humor) along the way. I teach because I believe everyone deserves that same feeling: ease in the body, peace in the mind, and a sense of coming home to yourself.

Testimonials

  • As someone who’s practiced with Justine regularly, and in yoga studios all over the country, I can say with confidence: there’s truly nothing like a class with her. It takes real skill to guide people out of their busy minds and into presence, but Justine does it with ease. Her classes flow beautifully, grounded in knowledge, intention, and a calm energy that makes everyone feel at home. She’s a magical teacher (and person) and I can’t recommend her enough. Spend one minute in her presence, and you’ll understand why.

  • On some days, I look forward to Justine's class as I would a slice of chocolate cake. Her introspective practices have changed my relationship to yoga. Justine's presence and intuitive pacing create a sacred space where I feel challenged and intimately connected to my body and myself.

  • I’ve been taking Justine’s classes for years, following her from studio to studio, because they’re always exceptional. Creative, intuitive, and thoughtfully paced, her classes strike the perfect balance of breath, rest, and movement. Justine’s cues are spot-on, her energy warm and welcoming, her music always on point, and her adjustments the best I’ve ever had. She’s been my go-to teacher for years, and I can’t recommend her enough.
