Return to Rhythm Retreat: Saguache, CO

A weekend to reconnect with your natural pace. Held at New Sky Ranch in stunning Saguache, CO, this is a small, intimate gathering to slow down, move, reflect and return to what feels true.

This experience is intentionally simple and deeply nourishing.

Over the course of the weekend, you’ll be guided through:

  • Grounding and embodied movement practices

  • Reflection + journaling

  • Time to rest, pause, and integrate

  • Shared meals prepared with care

  • Space for connection and quiet alike

There will be structure and spaciousness.
You’re invited to participate in a way that feels supportive for you.

❋ THE INVITATION

There’s a rhythm underneath everything.
Beneath the mental noise, the schedules, the constant forward motion.

This weekend is an invitation to come back to it.

Through movement, reflection, shared meals, and time in nature, we’ll create space to listen more closely. To listen to your body, your energy, and what’s asking for your attention.

This is not about fixing or forcing anything.
It’s about remembering your own pace, and learning how to trust it again.

❋ THE EXPERIENCE

This is a camping-based retreat.

We’ll be gathering outdoors, immersed in nature,
sharing meals and space together throughout the weekend.

Participants are responsible for bringing their own camping setup (tent/car, sleeping bag, etc.).

A detailed packing list will be provided after registration to support you in preparing.

❋ NOURISHMENT

All meals will be thoughtfully prepared and provided throughout the retreat.

Food will be:

  • Grounding and nourishing

  • Made with care using quality ingredients

  • Able to accommodate dietary needs (shared in registration)

Meals are an integral part of the shared experience, and a time to slow down, connect, and receive.

❋ INTIMATE BY DESIGN

This experience is limited to 13 participants.

Keeping the group small allows for:

  • A more personal and connected experience

  • Space for each individual to be seen and supported

  • A slower, more intentional pace throughout the weekend
